We have started to make our first bottle conditioned sparkling cider which will be ready in the summer.

Our 2009 single variety ciders are developing well in the whisky barrels. In 2007 & 2008 our single variety ciders proved so popular that we completely sold out, but for 2009 we made considerably more cider so we do not sell out!

Ermie gives birth to Keira

Ermie gave birth Keira on the 8th September 2007. Keira is Ermie’s seventh calf and is pictured here a few minutes after birth being given as clean up by her proud mum!
